How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across Greece. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €60. For smaller orders, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry to hear that. Please inform us at Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage. Once we review your case, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
