How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across Greece. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €60. For smaller orders, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can track your order anytime at Track My Order using your order number or tracking number and your email or phone number.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@mpatzaka.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage. Once we review your case, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us at support@mpatzaka.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right.
