Shipping policy

We currently ship within Greece only.

Orders are delivered to Box Now lockers within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs €3.50 for orders under €60 and is free for orders of €60 or more.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high-demand periods.

All orders are shipped from our location in Greece. Once your order has been delivered to the selected locker, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
