Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us at support@mpatzaka.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. However, to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, in accordance with the nature of our products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
